American Red - In honor of the owner of the St. Francois Winery & Vineyard, Skip Daugherty, who has played the biggest part in helping us bring our beers to the public.  Put simply, this is an Irish Red style of beer with American influences, just like Skip! According to the BJCP Style Guidelines an Irish Red delivers moderate caramel malt flavor and sweetness, generally no flavor hops, although some examples may have a light English hop flavor. It is with our hops and yeast where the American influence comes in as we utilize Cascade hops and American Ale yeast. A good looking beer with plenty of malt and a hint of hops it's Irish American Red! 5.5% ABV

Buford Bottom Hefe - What some may not know is that there are three distinct ingredients that give any beer its unique aroma and taste – obviously the hops and malt, but the yeast is that critical third player in the flavor game. In our case it is all about the yeast as we utilize one of the older strains to deliver the unique fruit and spice flavors balanced by a very simple grain bill and a light hop addition. A very light, unfiltered, beer with a unique taste – Buford Bottom Hefe! 5.2% ABV

Deslogetown Imperial Stout - It's a big, bold Imperial Stout...need we say more? 9.4% ABV

Dr. Pale Ale – Our Pale Ale is a classic American Pale Ale (APA), with a balanced hop and malt blend of American 2 row malt, Crystal malt and Cascade and Magnum hops. 5.1% ABV

Double Rainbow IPA - First the name, do yourself a favor and search Double Rainbow on YouTube and you'll find the inspiration for our first IPA creation. The connection is that it is "so intense" with generous additions of Centennial and Cascade hops. In keeping with our aspiration of making beers that are approachable for new and seasoned craft beer drinkers - We think our Double Rainbow strikes a nice balance between malt and hops. 5.7% ABV

EZ Wheat - While Buford Bottom Hefe has been grabbing the headlines, EZ Wheat has just been chillaxin' in the background waiting for its chance, and that's where EZ Wheat gets its name - why make a fuss or cause a ruckus, just take it EZ! The About Food website says that this is the American craft brewers’ spin on wheat beer. This style takes the Hefeweizen recipe and replaces the distinctive yeast with much cleaner fermenting ale yeasts. Obviously our recipe incorporates a decent amount of wheat and is lightly hopped using American hops and yeast for fermentation. Beer drinking shouldn't be difficult, it should be EZ! 4.7% ABV

Kölsch - According to the German Beer Institute, Kölsch is one of only a handful of traditional German ales and is the local brew of the city of Cologne ("Köln" in German). It is one of the palest German beers made. Kölsch gets its characteristic, slightly fruity flavor from its own special ale yeast, with which the brew is cool-fermented at a much lower temperature than traditional ale but not as cool as lager yeast.  Light and crisp. 5.0% ABV

Nutter Sammich - You are certainly asking yourself how does a beer get a name like Nutter Sammich? Well, this is a variation on an English Brown or Nut Brown Ale and we were talking across the bar one night about ordering a beer, wouldn't be funny if to order a beer you asked for a Nutter Sammich? Get it? Like another sandwich! I know, we need to get out more... Nutter Sammich highlights more of the caramel, nutty, and toffee notes of the style with a single English hop addition. Hope to see you soon so you can order a Nutter Sammich! 4.9% ABV

Riley’s Rebel Ale - This cream ale harkens back to a time before lagering or cold fermentation was in use in the U.S. Our style utilizes American 2 Row, flaked maize (or corn) for sweetness, and a hint of Cascade hops for balance. Rebel Ale is designed to be one of our “gateway beers” to introduce the non-craft drinker to the craft brew world and at the same time present a lesser known style to people that already enjoy craft beer. A light, crisp, pale gold beer – meet Riley’s Rebel Ale. 4.9% ABV
